Description
In the vast universe of Animus Regnum, the Elder Magi are known for their wisdom and power in shaping existence. As the creators of countless worlds and beings, they have also crafted unique vessels to bring forth new life from the very essence of the cosmos. These vessels, known as Genesum, are rare and powerful artifacts designed to aid avatars in creating their own physical bodies within the realm of Animus Regnum.
Created by the first of the Elders, Efficio, the Genesum are imbued with the essence of Ayah, Ichor, and Umbra, harnessing the energies of the Trigenesis. They are designed to resonate with the avatar's familiar, ensuring that only those who have been chosen by a familiar can unlock the potential within these sacred eggs.
Of the three core elements harnessed in the creation of the Genesum, Ayah is perhaps the most crucial. It is the energy of creation, the spark that ignites the flame of life within the vessel. Without Ayah, the Genesum would be nothing more than empty shells, devoid of the potential for growth and development.
Ichor, on the other hand, is the energy of transformation. It is the force that allows the Genesum to adapt and evolve, changing and growing as the avatar within it gains experience and mastery over their own abilities. It is said that the more powerful the avatar becomes, the more the Ichor within their Genesum will change and evolve to reflect their growing strength and prowess.
Umbra is the energy of darkness and shadow, and it imbues the Genesum with an innate connection to the void between worlds. It is through this connection that the avatars are able to traverse the vast distances between the countless realms of Animus Regnum, traveling from world to world and plane to plane as they seek out new challenges and adventures.
As powerful as the Genesum are, they are not without their limitations. Each vessel can only be used to create a single physical body, and once that body has been created, the Genesum becomes dormant and cannot be used again. Furthermore, the creation process itself is not without risk, as the avatar's familiar must imbue the Genesum with a portion of their own life force in order to activate it. If the ritual is not performed correctly, the avatar's life force may be depleted or even lost entirely, leaving them trapped within the Genesum with no hope of escape.
